2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Do you accept returns?

Yes. SQART accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

6. Do customers pay for return shipping?

No. SQART offers free return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. SQART does not charge any restocking fees.

8. Are any items final sale?

No. SQART has no final sale items. All products may be returned if they meet our return eligibility requirements.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
